Physical Therapy charge Nadine and her team were amazing!!! They had my mom up and walking within days and even doing stairs after 10 days. They were incredible! Overall, we had a good experience!
I was at cottonwood from September to December. The therapy there was phenomenal. When I got there, I was unable to even get out of bed. After my stay there, I was walking all over with my walker and was able to return home for Christmas!
I had my mom go there for rehab and had a great experience at the facility, the nurses were exceptional, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and they really made us feel at home given the circumstances. Our overall experience during her stay was great.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, they always went out of their way to help the patients out. Being in here changed my habits for the best. Now it is time for me to move on, and be with family. Thank you for the staff and the helpfulness.

At Cottonwood Canyon Healthcare Center we are gladly accept Medicare, multiple PPOs, HMOs, and Medi-Cal plans.
We employ a full-time Business Office Manager for all financial and billing concerns. Should you have any questions regarding these matters please make an appointment to see our Business Office Manager by contacting the front desk/receptionist.
The Admissions department will guide you through the necessary forms required on admission and review the rules and regulations regarding Medicare, Medicaid and various insurances.
